The best thing to do to speed up the process is to send through a few photos of the area, along with an explanation of your needs. 

Email is great but Facebook messenger is even easier, especially for sharing photos and getting quicker replies.

I don't generally quote in person as I can gather enough information from the photos as I will need to form a quote. Let me know the rough measurements. Whether you would like a gate or a zip entry, whether you need a cat flap or shelves added.
